R4 was founded by former college athlete and long-time youth coach Trevor Howell. Growing up in a family of six, Trevor experienced firsthand what it felt like to not always have access to training, equipment, or elite-level coaching. That became the heartbeat behind R4: creating a place where every kid can train, grow, compete, and belong.

To provide a safe, positive, and competitive environment where young athletes can train, develop character, and build confidence.
WHAT WE’RE BUILDING
R4 will launch in phases, beginning with:
A full-size hardwood basketball court
Indoor turf training area
Speed, agility, and performance training
Youth development and mentorship programs
Future phases will expand into a multi-sport destination featuring additional courts, cheer/gymnastics space, outdoor fields, and high-level training environments for all sports.
